1. Our Contract
A contract is formed between you and Igor Sandals® when:
- You place an order on our Website or through one of our sales channels
- Your payment for that order is successfully processed
- We send you an order confirmation receipt via email or post

All orders you place are subject to product availability and acceptance of your order by us. We may choose not to accept orders at our sole discretion.

2. Our Products
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display colors, textures, graphics and other product features on our Website. However, the colors and textures you see will depend on your device and we cannot guarantee an exact match.
The packaging of products may vary from images shown. All weights, dimensions and capacities shown are approximate. We follow legitimate industry tolerances.
The advertisements and content you see on our Website are solely for promotional purposes. They are not contractually binding in any way.
Some products may be unavailable, discontinued or on backorder without prior notice after you place an order. In such cases, we will notify you and offer a replacement or refund.

3. Price and Payment
Prices displayed on our Website are quoted in GBP and are inclusive of VAT and any other applicable taxes, excluding shipping fees. Promotional prices are valid for limited periods only.
We make all reasonable efforts to ensure prices are accurate, however inconsistencies may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will notify you and await your instructions.
Shipping fees will be clearly displayed during checkout based on your location and preferred shipping method.
We accept all major credit and debit cards supported by our payment gateway. Please check the payments page for accepted types.
To prevent fraud and maximize security, you may be required to provide additional identification, billing or shipping proof before we process an order.
Promo codes and discounts cannot be used in conjunction unless explicitly mentioned. We reserve the right to deduct discounts if used contrary to these Terms.
4. Delivery
We will make all reasonable efforts to deliver your order according to the estimated timings and shipping method chosen. Deliveries are made between 9am-5pm.
Delivery dates quoted are approximate estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather disruptions or other unforeseen factors.
UK orders are delivered by Royal Mail, DPD or other registered courier services. Shipping internationally will be through registered air mail or reputable courier services.
You must provide a physical mailing address for deliveries. We do not ship to PO boxes. Additional valid photo ID or documentation may be required to confirm delivery.
If you are not available to receive the delivery, the courier service may leave a calling card and return on an alternate date for redelivery. We cannot specify a delivery time or redirect parcels to other addresses once dispatched.
You bear responsibility for refused or uncollected deliveries. We will issue refunds minus any return shipping costs incurred.
Damaged, defective or lost deliveries must be reported to us within 48 hours with photo evidence. We will launch an investigation with the courier to resolve the issue.
We are unable to prevent delays due to unforeseen issues. If an order is not delivered within 30 days of the estimated date, you may cancel for a full refund.
5. Returns & Refunds
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in original condition within 30 days of receipt. Please complete the returns form so we are notified of your return.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the risks and costs of return shipments. For your protection, we recommend purchasing a tracking label and insurance.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
Exchanges are treated as separate purchases and additional delivery fees apply. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged.
The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Intimate apparel, socks and tights
- Swimwear if the hygiene seal is removed
- Beauty products opened or used
We cannot accept returns if products are damaged or not in resalable condition due to misuse. Please take reasonable care of purchases until they are returned.
6. Promotions & Discounts
Discount codes are single use only, unless mentioned. You cannot use multiple codes on one order. Codes cannot be applied retrospectively to orders placed before issue.
Free gifts are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. We reserve the right to substitute gifts of equal or greater value if needed.
Giveaway prizes are non-transferable to another person and no cash alternative is offered. Winners may need to answer a skill testing question before claiming. Competitions are not open to our employees or family.
Loyalty points are earned on purchases as per advertised rates. They cannot be transferred between accounts. Points expire 12 months after earning if unused.
We reserve the right to alter, extend or terminate discount offers, giveaways or loyalty programs at any time. Existing users will receive reasonable notice of major changes.
7. Product Reviews
If you submit a review, you confirm it is your original work, based on your genuine experience and free of inappropriate content. By submitting, you assign us a perpetual license to use it in marketing materials.
We reserve the right to edit or remove reviews at our sole discretion. Reviews are the subjective opinions of customers and do not represent our views.
